A Reporting Process That Makes Your Job Easier
We regularly hear from our customers that we make their jobs easier. It’s something that HEXA™ – A McDonald Company sets out to do every day through our great people, quality work, and superior communication.
That third element, superior communication, is what truly sets us apart, and no other concrete repair contractor in the Rocky Mountain region comes close to our cutting-edge communication. Here’s how it works.
Over 20 years in the concrete repair business in Colorado, we have honed a reporting system to keep owners and managers up-to-date on the status of their project every step of the way. HEXA customers receive progress reports that are emailed daily, giving you a well-organized overview of the project status, along with important details including:
- The number of crew members working on your project
- Morning and afternoon ambient and surface temperatures
- Photos of work in progress/work completed
- Quantification of work that has been completed
- What’s scheduled next
These reports have proven essential to engineering teams’ project files and keep owners and managers fully informed about project status – all without having to set foot on the property. It’s also an invaluable resource for owners or managers who are not in the same locale as the project.
Here’s what our customers say: “HEXA (formerly McDonald Waterproofing and Restoration) delivers consistent quality and great communications. And with their daily E-reports, you always know where a project is, and that makes my job so much easier.” – Patrick Jaschek, EIT
Communication is a cornerstone value for HEXA. Our objective is to keep you informed about what’s happening on your projects, making your job easier. And that’s the whole point. That’s what makes us different. Your success is our priority. We’d love to hear from you, and welcome your thoughts and ideas about how we can serve you. Give our team a call at 303-279-8700 and we’ll be happy to come out and provide an estimate for getting the job done right.
